Automatic tour transmission to the vehicle

All tour data is transmitted fully automatically and clearly displayed to the driver. Changes of the tour positions are transmitted to the driver in real time and confirmed with one click.

Life messaging

Additional information about the tour is transmitted to the driver online. Communication between the driver and the control center is bidirectional and the vehicle becomes a mobile office where the driver can be reached at any time.

Controlling of the planned arrival times

The tour data is permanently compared with the planned arrival times along the entire tour. Drivers and dispatchers are automatically warned of impending schedule violations. Customers can be informed about schedule changes at any time.

Vehicle tracking

The track and the vehicle position are visible to the dispatcher at all times. Additional transport orders can be accepted and planned at short notice.

Loading and unloading scans

Loading and unloading is done via a reliable scan function that documents any transport quantities.

Loading equipment management

Field-proven system functionalities are made available on the mobile device, which can be used to process returns, empties and loading equipment.

Reception and documentation

A digital signature confirms receipt or return. Proof of delivery is automatically prepared for document management. Damaged goods are recorded using a photo function and the reports made available to the scheduling department.

Printing documents in the vehicle

The functionality for printing documents, such as delivery bills or similar, is fully integrated in the standard. There are standard interfaces to the common standard printers.

Temperature data monitoring

Temperature data is permanently transferred and alarm functions are activated in the event of imminent limit violations. Standard interfaces ensure the integration of various cooling monitoring systems.

Tour comparison TARGET - ACTUAL

The post-calculation of the tour is done by PraCar on the basis of the reported PraBord data. The recalculation of the tour takes place via the "tour comparison TARGET-ACTUAL".

Tour organization

The starting signal is given with the completion of the dispatching. Planned tours are sent manually or automatically to the on-board computer and are later synchronized in the vehicle. The notification of a tour can be made days in advance. The drivers are able to proactively request and select tours themselves.

Acceptance of the goods

On the pick-up date, the driver takes the truck from the warehouse at the specified ramp or drives to his first customer to pick up the goods. Packages are scanned to check for completeness or damages and reported back to headquarters with the appropriate information.

Checking in the goods

The tour is released via a status message. The driver is on the road and the dispatcher is now in controlling mode.

Changes by the dispatch department

Tour positions can be added or removed via drag & drop. The driver receives a corresponding message immediately.

Tour tracking and deadline monitoring

Thanks to the transmission of routes to the navigation software and real-time GPS data from the truck, inefficient shortcuts are a thing of the past. Constant queries to the driver are no longer necessary. The current location of the vehicle and its current activity is displayed synchronously and clearly for you in the tour planning.

Integrated navigation

The integrated navigation software of our partners not only records the transmitted customer coordinates, but also takes truck restrictions into account.

Customer service integrated notification

By constantly updating the estimated arrival times in the planning program, all parties involved have an overview of the tour times. In this way, dispatchers and sales can inform customers about delays up to date and intervene.

Transfer of goods

At the customer stop, the driver records all units actually delivered (orders, delivery bills or individual packages) by scan or, if necessary, by manual input. Any transport damages that occur are recorded photographically. The head office receives the corresponding feedback online. This completely replaces the need for manual, analog data entry at the head office.
The recipient confirms the delivery with a digital signature. This is stored as proof of delivery directly in PraCar for each dispatcher.


Returns are also recorded immediately at the stop. The acceptance or return of loading equipment, empties or deposit bags takes place digitally and provides the head office with stock for further logistics ahead of time.


On arrival at the customer's premises, the driver can easily record all the loading equipment actually delivered (scan or input) and photograph any transport damage that occurs. The data is fed directly into the system, which completely eliminates the need for manual re-entry at the head office.
In addition, PraBord offers the option of accepting a digital signature from the customer. These are stored as proof of delivery directly in PraCar for each dispatcher.

During unloading, PraBord ensures not only easy handling but also the clear display of all positions for the driver or unloader.

Unloading scanning

During unloading scanning, the articles of the returns of the current tour are recorded as well as the number and type of loading equipment. In addition, PraBord has all the specifics to also record empties or deposit bags.

Feedback to the dispatch department

Upon return or arrival at the destination warehouse, all necessary data is reported back to the dispatch department. The driver confirms the end of the tour and the subsequent systems, such as the warehouse management tool PraMag, can take over the service.
