Wanko Informationslogistik GmbH has been planning and optimizing business processes in logistics for more 50 years with over 100 employees and supplies integrated software for their implementation in the areas of warehousing and transport.

Wanko is a medium-sized company that has been part of FleetGO since August 2022 and is majority-owned by software investor Main Capital Partners.

Wanko started in 1972 as a management consultancy. After that, with the rapidly growing technical possibilities of information technology, the company developed into a leading software provider.

"We thrive on tackling technical, mathematical, and logistical challenges. Every one of our projects is unique and is carried through to a successful completion."

Alexander Wanko | Managing Director – Wanko Informationslogistik GmbH

What Wanko is all about

"We are committed to our employees, offering everyone, within the realm of possibility, a safe and motivating workplace in a pleasant environment. We view mistakes as opportunities to improve."

Alexander Wanko | Managing Director – Wanko Informationslogistik GmbH

Promises made to customers are kept without fail. We deliver on this promise by having Wanko consultants work closely with each project team from the beginning.

Wanko has examined the specific logistical processes of many industries and developed solutions for them. References include well-known customers from the food, steel, building materials, furniture, energy and transport industries.

The software developed by Wanko is not sold over the counter as a finished product, but is adapted to the individual needs of the customer. In doing so, Wanko works with short decision-making paths and flat hierarchies. Wanko is still a family business at heart, as it was for the first 50 years of its history.

Here, all employees are part of the growing Wanko family, where (almost) everyone knows everyone.
